Enchanting Guide

Add powerful enchantments to your weapons for massive damage boosts. Here's everything you need to know.

📌 How Enchanting Works

  • Visit the Enchanting Table in the hidden alcove near the main hub's merchant (look for the Red Map Marker)
  • Select a weapon and use an Enchant Scroll
  • You receive a random enchantment affix from the pool
  • You can re-enchant to replace the current enchantment (costs another scroll)
  • Higher rarity weapons can hold higher-tier enchantments
  • Enchant Scrolls are bought with Gold OR crafted using materials from Dungeons (New!)
  • Farm Serpent Ore from Subway bosses or craft scrolls at the Blacksmith

🐍 Serpent Ore Economy

Enchanting is fueled by the Serpent Ore loop — the core economic engine of Solo Hunters:

⛏️

1. Farm Subway
Bosses drop Serpent Ore (~56% rate)

💰

2. Sell Ore
Sell to merchants for Gold

📜

3. Buy Scrolls
Purchase Enchant Scrolls with Gold

4. Enchant
Apply enchants, farm harder dungeons

✅ Enchanting Tips

  • Run two gear sets: "Farming Set" (Deadly/Capitalist) + "Progression Set" (Sharpshooter/Critical)
  • Always aim for Critical or Deadly on your main weapon
  • Use Sharpshooter before Red Gates for boss damage
  • Use Fortune on a farming weapon for better drops
  • Save your Gold — re-enchanting gets expensive fast
  • Farm Serpent Ore from Subway bosses to fund your enchanting

❌ Common Mistakes

  • Don't enchant Common/Rare weapons — waste of scrolls
  • Don't keep re-enchanting if you already have Critical/Deadly
  • Don't ignore Capitalist for Gold farming — economy matters
  • Don't enchant before you have your final weapon
  • Don't skip the Serpent Ore loop — it's the primary scroll funding source

🏆 Meta Strategy: Two Gear Sets

Top players maintain two separate armor sets to maximize efficiency:

  • Farming Set: Full Deadly or Capitalist/Fortune. Use this for speed-running easy dungeons to farm resources.
  • Progression Set: Full Sharpshooter. Use this for pushing high-rank Dungeons, Raids, and Red Gates where boss DPS is king.
